Yes, MLP:FiM is an american show, a lot of the toys can only be gotten in America too.
But there are some, like blind bags which are only available in places like NZ and some parts of Europe.
I think Brushables are available pretty much everywhere

meh..
It's airs mainly on an american network, and most of the canadian shows i watch are on Syfy... lol
or started there anyway....
I'm in NZ, so therefore i don't get alot of these channels
I watch online or wait for DVDs... so yeah..
I hope a season set for MLP comes out

I mostly just watch it on YouTube too, it airs here, it's just that my dad is always hogging the tv. And after he goes to bed (He goes to bed really early) my mom will get on. Some nights I'll have access to it though. o;

I read somewhere on Equestria Daily in early october that MLP:FiM was going to be airing on Cartoon Network in Australia and New Zealand. as of the end of october....
Though i've heard from Kiwi bronies that cartoon network has done a pretty bad job of airing it though.

I, personally, always miss the show (It's on the Hub for me) so I just get on Youtube whenever I feel like it and have an MLP marathon for whatever I missed xD

Some of the toys and other 'pony merch' are only purchasable from some parts of the world
Like Luna for example, she's only purchasable in the american chain store, Target.
And I know there has been some grief concerning blind bag ponies, which are for the most part unavailable in the US,

My friend has a special edition luna. :c And her sister got Celestia. I watch it on mainly The Hub, but whatever I miss, I watch on youtube. So far I've watched all of season 2 on TV, we record it. xD Also, I live in America, and there's MLP merch in several stores that sell children's toys. Around Dallas Texas at least. That's where I am.
