You could probably look up the lyrics for each song on Google. Then all you have to do is skim over 'em instead of having to listen and pay attention to every song. P:
Maybe you could even try looking 'em up in the iTunes store or something. I'm pretty sure it labels which songs are explicit.
Wake Me Up When September Ends as no swearing. It baffled me as a kid because iTunes labeled it Explicit and for the longest time I couldn't figure out why (I needed my dad's permission to buy Explicit songs back then so I paid more attention to them). Turns out it was only labeled like that because the rest of the album had swearing, not the song itself. *facepalm*
