I have both of them, actually I bought both of them... but my sister stole Diamond while I have Pearl, and since I haven't played in a while I can transfer all of my Pokemon over to Diamond and restart Pearl... heheh, I am difficult.
I know how to get a Drifloon. On every Friday there will be Drifloon at that Wind place near Floroma Town. Just walk up to it and battle it and catch it :3
