I'm trying to make a Pokesona. Thing is, I can't figure out which Pokemon to base it on. I've managed to narrow it to two catagories, Legendary and Non-Legendary:

Non-Legendary: Eevee, Scyther, Steelix, Bayleef, Serperior, Empoleon, Bisharp, Volcarona, Garchomp, Staraptor, Skarmory, Absol.

Legendary: Mewtwo, Shaymin, Reshiram, Zekrom, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Latias.
