I think they are related. Their both fox-like, they both have wings and fly, except the Tesuri lives in Atquati and the Veram lives on Refliem.

Tesuri live on Atquati O.O (I would know, I collect them xD)
but they do look related, even though verams are more bat-like and tesuri are more dog-like.

They do live on different planets, but they look very similar. They' re like oppisites: Tesuri are like dog angels while Veram are  like bats or fox devils. ( :
