Price Check/Wanted: Thief of Hearts Boots

New to this site, trying to finish up my human avatar to reflect a handsome man.
It appears I only need two more clothing items, the most crucial being the Thief of Hearts Boots.
Given that there's none in Merchant Shops and I've yet to see any Thief of Hearts items restock in the clothing shop, I assume they're retired and will cost a pretty penny. Does anyone have a rough estimate of how much TU would be desired for the Thief of Hearts Boots?


While we're on the subject of price checking, I suppose I could also ask about the Ancient Ankh Amulet as well. I haven't seen this item restock either.
