luvsarah: I don't think "goth" is the exact right word. :) Good, maybe, but goth covers lots and lots of smaller genres that are vaguely similar in some way, like you have geek goth, gamer goth, and so on. Emo doesn't really fit in with them, it's a little too modern. I think it's suitable now to call the style "emo", and they can label themselves as "emo", but people shouldn't falsely call themselves "emotionally unstable", because the style and the personality are completely different things. I mean, what's depressing about bright neon colours? I don't like them at all, but I certainly don't as-sociate them with death and suicide, either. And I don't see anything great about hating life and wanting to kill yourself. ;/ That shouldn't be encouraged.
