Oh wow, I didn't intend to start an argument or anything. Geez, so many are quick to hate.

I really have nothing else to say, because I know whatever I say will probably feed the anger.

That's really the opposite of what I want. I'm not that sadistic to indulge myself into a pointless argument. 

Haters are going to hate. Fact of life. If you can't accept it, how will you survive life? If people hate me for who I am, so what? :/

Strangers hating me, I could care less. Which what Rebecca Black should be doing, by the way.

Friends/family hating me, sure, I'd be hurt and may try to change, depending on how much they mean to me or if I even care for them, but eh.

If friends can't accept you for who you are, and it's for something that isn't even harmful (strange habit or whatever), then they're not really friends. I understand if I was an alcoholic and they're turning their backs on me, then yeah, I'll definitely change. But something like this is really insignificant. 

Family hates me, then it's whatever. Family's aren't even perfect, so why pretend? Haha, one side of my family hates me but I don't give a damn about them because they're not caring for me.

By the way, how am I being hypocritical? I hardly even use the word gay in that way ever, online and in real life. Do any of you see me going around on this thread, calling people gay or something? :/

Did I ever say that cranberry shouldn't be happy? Or anything about happiness in that matter?

And also, did I ever assume cranberry used the word 'gay' once or otherwise? Seriously, I'm not even making any assumptions about her.

Also, why the hell am I being attacked here for? Just drop this silly argument because no one is going to win.

First off, I'm not saying it's wrong at all. People hate each other. It's how life works. :/

If Rebecca Black actually ruined lives directly, I would love to see a reasonable explanation for that. I understand if they might hate it if they got into a car accident while the song was playing or something. But that could happen with any song. No reason to hate the song or the singer for something. Her lyrics doesn't have anything negative in it, so I really don't see how drastically it can ruin a life. But go ahead and show me some examples.

And now we hit the sensitive point. Because obviously the cause of the argument isn't Rebecca Black, but something that happened to you. That's really unfortunate for that young of an age and I'm genuinely feeling sorry for you. :/

... Wow, for some reason, that doesn't make sense at all. Are you blaming the song? Or the teacher for having his/her phone on?

Seriously, if I was taking the test and heard that song spontaneously announcing a text, I would just chuckle with everyone else and continue taking the test, thinking nothing else about the song. It would be the same if any other song played on a phone. :/

But then again, I have a calm personality and I tend to not take every little thing so dramatically serious.

Besides, everyone has second chances in life. One test can't ruined that. It's just another obstacle that people have to overcome. If you submit to it, then yeah, it'll ruin your life.

So who's more to blame? The song/artist? The teacher? Or the people who are letting that interruption affect them so badly?
