Please list sites where you can make GOOD banners like what some of the epic pepolz use XD

And, no, I don't want to use sucky sites like MyBannerMaker.com, or Lunapic.com!

I'm not aloud to spend money on stuff like that, so only list the things you have to pay for if they have a free trial along with them. ;D

I use BannerFans.com to make easy banners. It's pretty self-explanitory- even I know how to do it! ;D

It's free, and easy to use, but you can't add a million things to it like the other people who use paint.net (I don't know how to use that one)

But with BannerFans.com, I make banners like this:
