I really don't see the whole point of bullying but I'm sure Ruggy is a super nice person like you and idk maybe she just felt stressed out. I know that happens to me sometimes.

I agree. Ruggy seemed really nice, but everyone has their breaking points, and RL can carry over onto the Internet really easily. I'm willing to bet something happened.
