What ages are death note and luck star apropreite for?

I wanted to know if it had lots of bad language or adult content. I'm twelve and i was wondering your veiws on what adience these shows are set for.

Death Note is recommended for 13+ years. It doesent have much in the way of bad language really but there are some adult themes (death for example lol)
