I'm not a spider fan, but my sister is even worse.
When we were around 4 or 5 my mom used to scare my sister into behaving when she threw a tantrum. One day she goes off the handle and starts screaming and stamping, so my mum picks her up and sits her on the unit and tries to calm her down and says as a last resort; "If you don't behave a big spider will come and land on you!" unfortunately about 2 minutes later thats exactly what happened xD she screamed, mum came running, Rachel has a spider sittin on her forehead rofl.
I also remember my mum had a pet spider x_x she called it Henry, was a huge garden spider, all brown and hairy and ugh. Kept him in a tank, i wouldnt go into the same room with it.
