I know a lot of these are minor characters, so I'm including a very brief deion of each for your convenience. They are sorted by series/show. An asterisk (*) indicates a primary/main role.

Banten -- one of the main villages
xxxHolic
Domeki* -- Shizuka Domeki, one of Watanuki's close friends who has the power to repel bad spirits
KohaneTsuyuri -- a young medium and exorcist that Watanuki helps (Kohane Tsuyuri is apparently also the name of a character from Cardcaptor Sakura)
Kunogi* -- Himawari Kunogi, Watanuki's crush and one of his close friends
YuukoIchihara* -- the witch who runs the shop, Watanuki's boss
Fruits Basket
KazumaSohma -- the master in martial arts that trains the Sohmas (most notably Kyo)
KyokoHonda -- Tohru's deceased mother
RinSohma -- plays the role of the horse in the zodiac
RitsuSohma -- plays the role of the monkey in the zodiac (he is very apologetic and often overreacts-- same as his mother, who runs the hot springs)
The Pet Girl of Sakurasou
Ryunosuke -- Akasaka Ryunosuke, lives in Sakura Hall but almost never leaves his room, interacts through his computer
