Yes, this is an HA item. Not sure when it was released, but there are only 241 in the game.
The last one sold over a year ago for 75m. Due to inflation, I doubt it would cost that now. The cheapest in shops is just under 800m, but that's way too much.
So I've decided to auction it off!
