As you walk along the rocky road of Relcore during the summer holidays, you kick a stone and it flies a little way before rolling to a stop. You keep walking, and kick the flat stone again. Again it flies a little way before bouncing a bit and rolling to a stop. You grin, an idea forming in your head. So, using your amazing soccer-ninja skills, you take a running leap at the stone and kick at it as hard as you. You miss. Cursing under your breath you take a step back, and follow your foot through to the stone, which must have a derp face on it because you miss. Again. This time you give up on your soccer-ninja idea, and pick the stone up, feeling all it's lumps, bumps, getting familiar with it and feeling the adrenaline rush through you as you remember the way one of the tributes, in the Hunger Games book you finished reading yesterday, throws knives. You try to imagine yourself in a life-death situation, and you are aiming to kill. You lift your arm backwards and with a big whoosh of sound, you throw the rock. You close your eyes grinning, and try to slow your racing heart down.
"Welcome to Drowning In Stuff, how may I help you?"
You jump, surprised, and open your eyes to find a blondey brown haired girl, with shining blue eyes standing on top of a pile of items, and, running around wildly around the pile, are many creatu's. Big and small, multi-coloured, or normal you recgonise some of the species. Iluvus, your favorite, aren't they from Reiflem. Drindian, Veram, Uilius? Is this a shop?
You look back up at the girl, who is now standing in front of him, her arms crossed, still smiling, but you could see it was a tiny bit forced.
"U-uh..." You stutter nervously to the girl.
Her impatient gaze softens as she realizes your scared of her.
"Hey, hey there. Sssh, I won't hurt you. I'm just a tad impatient." She laughs, throwing her head back. "I'm Zoe, people call me Headache. I've decided I have too much things, so I'm selling them. Do you care to look around?" She asked me, holding out her hand.
This is it.
Do I take her hand and buy something because it's cute?
Or do I politely say no and walk away, disappointing her?
I smile at her, and take her hand.
