I am apparently ending up with really random eggs that I don't want in my hatchery. So, each day, I am going to have a few eggs for sale.  I promise that they aren't the really "easy and common" eggs. They will stay up for sale until someone buys them. If you buy them when they first are up, you'll have the best chance for getting it fresh. But, they will be cheaper when they are old/spoiled. It just depends what you are in the market for!
