The name is free Phoenix, she's hatching a pet and naming it that, as evidenced by our discussion earlier about Surskit :)

You are taking a very large risk by "selling" names that are untaken. 

Any name that is free, is free to be hatched by anyone...you cannot truly sell it until you've hatched the name and it is in your possession. 

By posting untaken names here, you're basically providing people with a list of names that they can use to hatch their own pets.
