I'm failing to understand the concept of haggling when I've given a range with no set price. For everybody's info, if you mean 'haggle' in the sense of would I go below the ballpark price of the category that precedes the category that the name you want is in, the answer is no. x| 
No I will not sell a top-tier name at the price of a low-tier name.
