Actually I am not really sure that TF is a wishing well, it is a wishing organization, but not categorized as a wishing well.
And if you include TF there are four:
The Rescreatu Wishing Well (the original, the one who started the wishing organizations)
The Factory 
Wishing Well(Cinder's)
wish granters(boomboom's)

The wishing organizations just grants people's wishes, it is located in the contest forums.

Oh and CalicoHeart, sorry about disrupting the whole purpose of this forum, just wanted to set it straight! ^-^
