You pick up the small fragile egg rnin your hands, it glistens and shines as if made from a pebble...It rnbegins to crack and shake about, and a small feathery creature pokes itsrn beak out from the shell fragments...it scratches at the egg and unfoldsrn its tiny wings, then chirps and opens its large eyes, in awe of the rnlarge world around it.

Owlotts are foragers and make their houses in burrows underground. Theirrn wings only allow them to hover a few inches above ground, and help rnregain balance, as they are very clumsy beasties. Their claws and feet rnare sharp and rugged, and help them dig through the toughest soil and rnroots. Their coloration is always monochromatic aside from their eyes, and their markings always only consist of three of each.
You pick up the armored egg carefully rnavoiding the sharp stinger protruding from it. You notice the fleshy rnmembrane wrapped inside of the armor pulse with life like a heartbeat. rnThe armor begins to crack, and the membrane rips open...the stinger rnunfolds into a curl and a small creature crawls out, shaking the armor rnoff. It clings to your thumb and opens its large eyes, then flutters itsrn small transparent wings as it meets your gaze.

The Levimaus is a very cautious and shy creature that makes its homern within the rocky canyons of Koduo. They live in small crevices in rncliffs by any water they can find, and live in swarms together, rncommunicating like our Earthly bats, using squeaks and shrieks to call rnto each other. The stinger on its tail is filled with a paralyzing rnvenom, capable of taking down creatures 20x their size. Its large ears rnhelp with their flight, despite their appearance. The flesh that makes rnthem is very thin and flexible, making for a great gliding tool. These rncreatures enjoy painting themselves with the insides of insects they rnfind, and the nectar from Koduo's flowers.
