im sorry i didnt mail you the SAI thing, here is the link to the portable:

download it, go to the file and right click it. if you don't have 7zip or winzip, install 7zip. when you have one of those installed right click the SAI file and hover over 7zip or winzip and click unzip. you have to use these to keep textures encoded and crap.

just click ok when it asks you where to put it, it will be right next to the one you just downloaded. 

open it, then open the next SAI folder, then the next until you reach either Portable SAI or the regular SAI(its with a list of other things and folders after the one that has Portable SAI under it)

right click that and click 'run as administrator' and there you go! ;D

I've been so busy and all I'm sorry I haven't been able to hang out D; the last time I came to give you your present I said I was coming back but when I dropped off a present at my friend's house I locked my keys in the car Dx I was like O_O oh no! I used my earring to try and open it but I failed xDD ended up calling triple A lol I'm so clumsy >.< it was like 6 or 8 when they finally got it open xD
