History of Name:
Just a little extra here, her first name is inspired by the first water user I ever saw on tv, Amy from Sailor Moon (Iknowrite, weird XD), so her name can be spelled with either an "i" or a "y". Her last name I just thought should be ironic, kinda inspired by a character from Fairy Tail, Erza Scarlet, although Amy's hair is blue, so there's the ironic part.

People often comment that, she reminds them of the calm seas… that is… before she opens her mouth. She’s 5’7” with wavy silver-streaked, light blue hair and sky blue eyes that resemble the colors of the waves splashing against a shoreline. She tends to wear her hair in pigtails tied with long black velvet ribbons, but on occasion she’ll leave her hair down, although she claims it to be more of a hassle that way. Amy wears a dark blue cloth choker with a silver conchshell pin in the center, with light pink starfish earrings and a bracelet made of mother-of-pearl, pearls. Her top consists of a white jacket with two long tails and a shirt that cuts into a v on the top and bottom with a silver stripe down the center, a diamond on the back, and a diamond cut in the center-front. Her bottoms are a short skirt made of three parts, the center and two “wings” with wave patterns on them. Amy’s shoes are custom-made for water users, waterproof top and no sole, making it easier for her to move water using her feet. They have a similar diamond pattern to the one on her back and rise to about knee height. Finally she always carries a small coin purse with her that hangs from a thin rope. Its lock is made of pink coral and she keeps things she collects from the sea in it, including seaweed, fish bones and shells that can be used for spells.
Personality:
Referring to the earlier remark, Amy’s personality is almost the polar opposite of her appearance. Unlike the calm sea you’d perceive her to be from looking at her, she is quite the turbulent person. She is extremely hyperactive, and has a thing for sweets, her favorites being anything blue. Despite her being 16 years of age, she acts as if she’s 12 at best, prone to breaking out in hissy-fits when she doesn’t get what she wants. She can be very active in her studies though if she can redirect her energy to it. When she concentrates she can get extremely promising results, but tests continue to be a problem as she cannot perform well when under planned pressure (although actual battles are no problem, she sees it as a game). Her favorite spells to use include turning water into blades and slicing at the opponent from a distance. She is also very proficient in the use of water orbs, being able to contain up to three people in at once for about an hour at a time with minor struggling, one person for about 15 minutes if it’s another water user.
History:
Amy doesn’t remember anything about her past. From what she’s been told by her foster mother is that she was born by the sea, to a pair of fishmongers who lived in a small town. When the town was to be turned into a resort, the townspeople rebelled and many were killing in “freak accidents”, covered up with the urban myth of a god’s wrath. Finally on the day of the construction’s beginning, all the people of the village opened up the flood-gates that they’d built to protect them from the sea when it rose, and flooded the town, making it unusable for the planned resort, but costing them all their lives. Apparently, she the only known survivor, not that there was much proof to support this story, but Amy believed it, because, she was afraid, of what her past might hold, and how it might alter her, and her future.
Pet:
Amy's pet is a baby seasnake, able to breath in water and on land. It is mostly light blue in color with darker blue stripes that become bigger and closer together as they near the tail. Its eyes are a beady black. She hasn't checked to see if it is male or female, nor has she given it a name yet, as Amy believes in time it will name itself. It normally hides itself in her jacket, as there is an inside pocket made especially for it to hide. It likes to slither around and come out at random, mostly unexpected, moments and nip people. Although it is not very poisonous due to Amy feeding it crushed clam shells, it can still knock an adult unconsious for about 10 minutes or so. If she needs to call it, Amy refers to it by the name Hebi, although she avoids calling it by any name if she can.
