Personality:Wynter is one crazy, social, hyperactive and funny person. She is unwaveringly loyal and quite brave. She gets frustrated when she can't do something, particularely spells, and it takes a while to calm her down.She loves sweets, parrticularly Fizzing Whizbees. She finds practical jokes very amusing, unless they are on her.

Pet: Albino rat named Totem
Other: She's deaf, but can read lips and sign.
Looks/Deion:Roughly 5'10" with white blonde hair that falls to her waist in loose curls. Eyes are dark brown, almost black, a great contrast to her fair skin and hair. Eyebrows and eyeslashes are blonde as well. Eyelashes are quite long. She is slim yet soft with a heart shaped face. Her fingers are long and delicate. A few freckles on her nose and cheekbones.
So like, a complex sketch with colouring would be about 1.3mil? I can do that :3
So if you could draw her standing, either holding Totem(albino rat), holding a wand out, or her hands just in jean pockets? If you do either of the first two positions draw her in robes
If you do the third, draw her in jeans(obviously) and a shirt of some sort, pink would be preferred xD
