Hey everybody, De here, I'm hosting an art contest! Yeah, the ti
tle makes it quite obvious. Anyway, it's not a normal art contest, I want you to draw me a chibi pic. However, there are rules and if you don't abide them, you will be ignored.

RULES:

1. No swearing, or putting down others.

2. Don't nag me to win.

3. If you don't win, don't complain.
