To start off with: I see this as art, as I actually take time to recolor these, and not just move stuff around, which is quite different from graphics. If anyone has a problem with this, please tell me. In rmail.

Recolor: 75k+ (Depending on complexity)
Splices(no example shown): 200k+
Removal/addition/changing of designs/parts: 20k (unless part of a recolor; ex: removal of the iluvu's hearts would be included in a recolor)
