^ Why even say maybe in the first place ?
If you are reffering to the earlier me saying
"Most artists making adoptables generally us the same base lineart"
If you are then thinking that that is me saying;
"Oh hey! lets all be unoriginal and use the exact same lineart on all threads"
Then obiously how the hell you got to that conclusion I don't know, when it is so obvious just in general, and common sense, that it is an artists own lineart used as a base on their thread.
And no, mentioning that "a lot of adoptable artists use a base lineart" - how is that offensive when it is pretty easy to figure out that it is a base lineart for each artist, not a common one for everyone ?
But then back on the whys,
just exactly why in the first place even chose to join in and start up about paraphrasing, technically that is backing up the person who is accusing it,
aka. it makes it look like you are also accusing it.
And @ my first post at the paraphrasing - It was past midnight here, had just stayed up for 5 hours studying so upon hearing the word the first thing that comes to mind is "thief" - And any artist would most likely find very offensive. But like said, there was no reason in the first place for you even to start up about it, on a thread that is not even related to it. The only thought about it all imo atm is "Forum trolllolololol right here".
And the reason why I am getting so defensive about it all, is due to the fact that my friend had a similar thing happen to him as soon as someone mentioned "thieving" - of art and paraphrasing - when I had been sat next to him IRL drawing stuff & planning out the topic - in one of his posts and then instantly on that whole website he was being occused of it because he did nothing about it, and after that he doesnt even make any artworks anymore. at all.
TL;DR - Don't ever go into someones thread and start accusing them of thieving, or paraphrasing, or even backing up someone who is accusing that, when OP has spent hours on fixing stuff up to try and help the community out in some small way possible only to have it shoved back in their face. Just even implying an "if" or a "maybe" about thieving in the first place is insulting enough.
And if you think your being a smart, think again - it's really not amusing.
So I highly advise you to just stay out.
