Well, I thought the best way to get arts was to hold a contest.
I currently have no ref images of her, but i do have a ref sheet.
(She does have black highlights,)

She has a spunky personality and is headstrong, disobeying any orders and doing what she thinks is right. She gets into arguments often and hates it when she loses in a battle.
If you havent guessed yet, she is a pikachu (or rather, a humanised version of my pikasona). So if you wan't to do anything with Blue Electricity, that will gain you a chance of getting in the ranking. And i like your art of course.
Like it says on the ref, you can draw her with or without ears, i don't mind. I DO prefer digital, but will accept traditional if its a crisp background, i.e. no lines, can't see the edge of the book e.t.c.
You could draw her with a pikachu/pichu plush if you want, this would also be acceptable, but she MUST NOT act all Kawaii with it.
