According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. The bee however, doesn't care what humans think and flies anyway. Similarly despite their tiny wings and long marsupial bodies, Starmals also fly and hover about at will, contrary to silly human science. And some of these cuties would love to hover home with you. Will you take them in and give them a new home?

What are Starmals?
Starmal are a species of alien creatures from another planet. They were discovered by humans during their exploration of space and befriended. They are about the size of a large house cat, have one eye, a pair of floppy antenna, small bea like wings, and a prehensile tail. They are also semi-sentient, being able to speak and understand simple concepts (similar to a toddler or pokemon for example).
Habitat and Behavior:
On their home planet, Starmal live in small family groups referred to as clans. They are most active during the day; exploring, playing, and hunting for bugs or fruit to eat. During the night they sleep by hanging upside down in tress by their prehensile tails.
Starmals do not always live in the wild though, some live with humans or other alien species as pets. Sometimes this is due to a Starmal being injured or sick, and needing to be rescued. Often times however, it's simply because the Starmal forms a close bond to a human and chooses to live among them out of loyalty/friendship.
Breeding and Life Cycle:
Starmal start out life as an egg. The female lays the egg and the male carries it in a pouch on their stomach till it is ready to hatch. The Starmal youngling is about the size of a kitten when born and not able to fly until their wings develop a little more. They are raised and protected in a joint effort by their flan and only leave if they decided to leave if they mate with someone outside their clan or decide live with humans.
