When you open the box it should say HTML Source Editor.  Put the code and look at the bottom ogf the box.  There should be two buttons that say CANCEL and UPDATE.  Click update

FireFox works best.  I didn't have FireFox before and when I tried to buy a pet the buy a pet button doesn't show up.  Maybe it's the same with the HTML buttons.  You can try FireFox...it's free.
