1mil for a human w/ no background
a chibi person: 400k (these usually wont have backgrounds xD)
add 350k for a simple background
or 450k for a detailed background
multiple animals: add 100k for each animal
multiple people: add 250k for each person

Easy color deion;
She has warm ivory skin.
Her hair is stark black with hues of blues glimmering in some strans.
Her eyes are unusually feminine and is a navy blue with flikers of light blue towards the pupil.
Her bow tie is white.
Her dress is shades of black.
Her jacket, which is dress length is between a cherry and crimson red.
Her boots are black with white ribbon wraping around it [or you can do it like the ref]

Her hair is stark black with glints of blue hues. Though her hair is short and boyish…
