Only... without a shirt,and her chest wrapped in bandages. Think the scene in Mulan
where she is exposed for being a woman. Jin is a girl, by the way.

For the pose... Something with her looking sad, perhaps holding her sides as if the
bandages are painfully tight, and me comforting her.

It was a really intense dream.
