Front limbs - three long fingers; middle finger a third longer than other two. Sharp crimson claws. From wrist to fingertip is purple scales. Each hand also has an opposable thumb.
Back limbs - Strong, thick. Three toes, large black claws. From back of ankle, wrap around to end of toes scaled and purple.
Body - Long, thin, brown feathers (goes for legs/forearms as well). Raptor-like. Underbelly is purple scales. Muddy red stripes on hips and shoulders that barely show. (One each, going across back and shoulderblade/hips...Like a tiger's)
Tail - Long, tapering. Whiplike. Ends in two large red feathers.
Head - Raptor shaped. Mouth full of sharp teeth. Especially long canines that poke out of mouth when closed. Wolflike ears that are in front of a mass of darker, longer feathers, like a Sandslash or Skirmisher (From Halo). Body feathers end at the bridge of the nose and behind the eyes, revealing purple scales.
Eyes - Gold with hints of blue, the whites are a deadly-looking red.
Rimmed in darker brown scales.
Pupils are slits.
Other - Tounge is bright blue, gums are yellow.
Often carries around iPod and a navy and purple striped silk scarf. iPod is a blue Nano. (Optional)
I am taking all style types, so here is a list of minor design changes based on what kind;
Designs by style;
Chibi; cute, babyfied. Smaller claws/teeth. Tail feathers just growing. Big eyes.
Anthro: Dressed in scarf, white tank top, blue Jean shorts that come to the knees.
Anime: O3O?
Realistic; Basically a velociraptor or Utahraptor or Bambiraptor or something with ears. I guess.
Humanified; See "anthro", just add dark skin, shoulder-length brown hair, and purple Osiris shoes. And sorta long canines. XD

Heyup.
Forgot to mention: back legs do *not* have the one claw held up. All three are grounded. And the teeth are black. o3o And the ears are pretty long. ( I missed a lot of stuff) :c

By LONG fingers, do you mean as as long as a humans compared to body size, or E.T. compared to body size? Or aye-aye size? Also, are alll three toes forward facing, or does one face backwards?
