So, I have no goals here on Res but quite a bit of extra TU I don't know what to do with.
So, I have decided I want art. And better way to rid myself of excess TU and get what I want then a contest. :3
There will be two separate categories, both with first place winners, and a grand, overall winner. ~.~.~.~.~.~.~
*Category One: Alcarie*
About
- He's a wolf, basically.
- His fur is a medium grey, and the tip of his tail is a lighter grey in color.
- His eyes are a bright amber.
- He's grinning/smiling. This is a requirement! He can be showing teeth, or his mouth is simply curled up. But generally he looks a little maniacal.
- He's heavily scarred. These can be placed anywhere on his body randomly; except three. He has an X looking one on one cheek, one across one eye (like Scar from the Lion King), and a smaller one along the same eye that starts at the lower lid and goes down. - He's extremely skinny, emaciated really.
- His tail is thin, not fluffy.
- Personality-wise, he's insane. Truthfully you can't explain his personality other then he's pretty much got a warped sense on reality.
I don't have a chosen pose for him, so you're imagination can run wild. I don't have a specific style I'm looking for either, so it can be realistic, anime, cartoon-ish, etc. I tend to really like things out of the box though *hint*

*Category Two: Fantasy Ferret*
About
- He generally looks like a ferret
- His ears are large and look like those of a Caracal cat. - His tail is fluffy at the end, like a lion's.
- His eyes are a bright silver
- His fur is some sort of brown as it's main color.
- Personality-wise he's a bit cynical, moody, and likes to bite.
This little guy is new to me, so I don't have a set design. That's where you come in! You can add anything to him you'd like; whether is be some sort of clothing, coloration (I'd love to see some dark blue on him!), item, wings, spikes, etc. Anything! Warp him into a demon, a pirate, a thief, whatever you want. I don't care. The more creative the better. He just must have those few little things above.
None! That's the reasons I'm placing him as a subject.

*Other Information*
~The Grand Prize Winner will not be the first prize winner of which ever category they entered into. Thus they will not receive the 20mil. tu on top of their 50mil. tu. I want to give as many people a chance to win as possible. ~ I do not care what medium you're entry is. I like digital as well as pencil and paper.
~You may enter both contests with as many entries as you want. You will only win once though, to give more people an opportunities to win.
~ I will not tolerate art theft, and will report it. If you see something you believe is stolen please let me or an admin know.
~ One the contest is over, all entries are mine to do with as I please. I will not alter them or claim them as my own, and will give credit back to you however.
~ I do not have a set date this will end. Once I feel I've gotten enough entries I'll end it and hand out prizes.
~ You may enter as many times as you please for either category, but you will only win once.
~ Just as a little hint, I have a horrible tendency to like details and/or off-the-wall things. So try you're best and have fun with it!
~ If do not feel enough interest has been taken in this (by that I mean, at least eight entrants) by February 25th then I will close this down and anyone who actually drew me something will be given 5mil. TU in compensation.
