It must be fully coloured (although I don't mind flat or shaded), digital, chibi and have a transparent background.
Um, I think I'll pick one person to do this, so please post examples (of any coloured flat or shaded art you have done). I'm willing to pay up to 5m, although I can do more if I really, really like it. If I pick you, I'll send you an rmail discussing payment, details for the art and so on.
