I'm looking for a banner for my wyrae, Peeta. I'd like something digital and Hunger Games themed, because-- well, his name is Peeta. I'd love something clean and polished, but I'm running on limited funds, so the budget is 3mil maximum. I'm willing to offer pets from my rancher as well, if you're an amazing artist and 3mil isn't enough. Like I said, I want something Hunger Games themed, but I also want Peeta's name and picture (the wyrae, not the person) on the banner.
