Cause I need my Black Haberisar drawn!

BlackTulip is the name.

I recently bought BlackTulip here for around 90-100mil.

And, well...I discovered that I can't draw her. 8c

How Long Until Finished;Well, since Nine onlyopened up commissions so she can have something to do when shes away, it'll be about 3-4 weeks Before you get your arts. Maybe eariler if Nine can get internet acess

uh....Name ur price? umm if it's coloured it'll cost more cuz it takes a longer time and do you want her as a dino or personified?

EDIT: its pened too, like the black out line? it's really hard and takes even longer than colouring
