The thing on his head is a pair of goggles, and his boots look like this (if you could do a full body that'd be great ^^): http://www.prlog.org/11959477-fashion-mens-black-boots-shoes.jpg and his jeans are tucked into the boots like the picture.

The grey thing under his blue shirt is a hoodie. He doesn't usually pull it up though.
Personality wise, he's more calm-ish, but he's still a strong adventurer and depending on the situation can either be friendly or grumpy-looking, so it's really up to you.

His original looks were based off of an altered version of Toshiro, actually ;3
He basically has the head of Toshiro, only his hair is blonde and his eyes are crimson red ouo

This is Nijiiro.
His scarf is colored like kioka ribbons, and the kioka markings in question are just those circles. uvu He's kind of pale and his hair is more of a soft black than anything else. Like not straight-up black.
Could have him in a standing pose with a sorta smug look on his face? C:
