i edited my post as i only have 15 mill to spend and sorry for the confusion as it is late and i am not feeling my self, if this is still to complex then maybe you could find a way of de-complexing it as i would like to use her as my fursona as i am not a good artist but i would only do so with your full permission. thank you and sorry

Holly: if you'd like instead, I can give her a frilly dress that doens't have the complex patterns? uvu that'll fall into the simple catagory. and I can't draw anthros, so it'll just be a human with the ears and the tail of an espion, and sure~! uvu you can use it as your fursona, just please credit me! ;v;

Doctor: Depending on how you want the wings I might charge a little extra uvu because wings are really annoying to colour if they are not a solid colour xD and her wings are rather big also, if I draw them small (not like uber smal just not real big xD) it'll stay simple, would you like that? uvu if not I can draw them big and charge a little more xD

You can draw them in miniature, I"m happy with that :D You could also add a halo if you so wish. I'm happy with paying the extra for both the miniature (since I understand how hard they are, I've done them myself more than once) and the halo.o3o

The regular version, as you've mentioned! Her hair is black but has a deep blue sheen, but I couldn't draw because of reasons o.e
I'll take a head-shot if that's okay? If at a later date I could get a full-body of her battle form I'd give you my soul o3o
