Edit: Alright, could you draw her but with white skin, eyes like my HA, and no tear lines? Her quills should be icy blue, and you can put pale blue markings on her arms and legs, like, anywhere. She should just be wearing a black tank top, and short short bluejeans.

I'm sorry if I'm irretating you, I'm still new on the terms for these kinds of things, and what I have learned was either by accident or self-taught.
Anyway, would you draw my HA, with some markings not pictured? If you can, then she would have two fine, flat lines running across the tops of her arms and legs, with one ring inside another around her joints (knees, elbows, and shoulders)? They'd be the same color as her eyes.
If not, then I'll quit pestering. ^_^
