The only digital work im good with is pokemon spriting

I have no scanner so my traditional are blurry

What I want drawn is my original character (she is a neko) i have a reference picture. (she doesnt have to be wearing what she is if its to hard to get the stars design right. besides i'd love to see different outfits on her :3)
