Tatzelwurms are not an original species, they're a creature from alpine folklore that I enjoy drawing. This is an adoptable based on them that has the same name, though are not necessarily the same creatures. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Creatu are amazing creatures, that come in many shapes and sizes, but much like the animals and plants of our world, new ones are being discovered all the time. So when you heard about a new creatu from Relcore, you jumped on the chance to find it. They only live in the alps, so of course you have to travel up to one of the mountain dwelling towns to get a shot at seeing them. These creatu are said to have the appearance of a snake at first glance, but when you get a better look at them you can see a cat's head and fore paws instead of a snake's head and neck. They are very fast, so it's hard to catch them, and their eggs look like rocks, so no one has been able to find any. You heard they have other methods of luring them out but... a stand selling cow tails and pig feet is not what you expected.
The girl beckons you over to her stand, to look over her wares and maybe buy something. She explains that young Tatzelwurms can be lured out with fresh blood, from cows, sheep, and pigs. But seeing as keeping blood good for a long time is very difficult, many people have been testing ways to keep the blood tasting fresh, even if it's blood that collected when an animal is killed for meat. This girl's family were among the first people to figure it out, and so have been selling it to people who come to the town. The legs and tails themselves are just for aesthetic, so the Tatzelwurms aren't afraid to take a bite. There's an farm nearby, and if you stay there with something blood-laced in your bag, they say when you wake up you could find a Tatzelwurm sleeping in your bag! Then sun is going down, so you head to the tavern, and as you head off the young girl wishes you happy hunting!
A trip to the farm itself costs 1mil tu, anything else you want to take with you you buy separately. You can encounter up to three Tatzelwurms per trip, and take one trip per day.
Note this is required to actually get your Tatzelwurm once you buy the bait xD
You can have up to three encounters in the barn per trip, while all three of these can be tatzelwurms, they can also be other items that will be added as this post progresses.
