Ordering a profile c:

It's very simple.
I would want the background to be black, with this picture on the left, instead of the ''side-bar''.
 If it doesn't fit, you can make it underlay or overlay, or play with the transparency ... whichever is prettier.
Also, I use a netbook, 10'' screen. Could you make it fit?
(I don't want to have to scroll from left to right on my profile.) And that's it!!! c:
I would be forever grateful if you could do this!!!
