The baker who made him, along with a hundred more, is tired of all the weird kitties bouncing around her kitchen and dining area and couldn't bear to eat them, so she decided to sell them and share the joy with the world.

In the baker's attempt to feed her little kitties and avoid cannibalism, she bought 50 cartons of milk. However the kitties didn't really like the fact that there was some stinky-looking cow on the milk cartons so they either ate the seaweed attached to them or ate the baker's gloves.
Baker woman: I wouldn't let them go for free though, don't count your kitties yet. They cost 10 thousand tu each inclusive of delivery. The milk cartons too. However, each purchase of two kitties or more will grant you a free milk carton with each purchase in a single receipt. (Not that we have them.) Those who don't buy two kitties or more will not have free milk. Aww.
