Kay, so what i'm looking for is someone who can draw me something similar to this:

But front on, so more like a Creatu. I'm offering 2 million tu or more for a good, one or some rare items/creatu/whatever if you prefer. I'd prefer it to be digital, but if hand drawing is your medium then that's fine. Extra pay in it for you if you can do it full Rescreatu style :3

Obviously if it's front on you may not see the entire heart image, so that's fine with me. Basic colour scheme is black with the heart design a sort of neon orange, and something on the fins could be nice, but i'll leave that up to the artist. Obviously shading etc. would be great rather than just a single tone.
