Idk, I would do at least 1m for the pencil sketch and ink/PS sketch.

But I've never been good at pricing |:

I'd pay 200k for the pencil sketch

300k for the ink/PS sketch

300k for the ink

and 400-500k for the digital painting

I'm bad at pricing, but this is what I'd pay;
 
400k+ for the pencil sketch
300k+ for the Ink/PS Sketch
800k+ for the Ink (O.O I love it)
1 mil+ for the Digital Painting

 300k - 400k for the pencil sketch

600k for the PS sketch

800k for the ink

 Also, how long did they take you? That plays a very important role in how much they hsould be priced. (:
