As I stated before, price is entirely reliant on the quality you want. For an uncoloured sketch I will take 500k. a coloured sketch will run you 600k. Lineart goes for 1.5mil, flat colored lineart goes for 2.5mil, shaded colours goes for 4mil. Adding a background tacks on an extra mil :)
