The Croc Tree

You find yourself walking in the park. You're walking along along a lake. The sun glistens against its rippling surface and you see a beautiful reflection looking up at you. It's a tree, a weeping willow to be exact. There are peculiar eggs of all shapes and sizes scattered around the tree. 

You hear a little squeak and notice a long snout poking through a crack in an olive green egg. The crack quickly spreads and the egg shatters like glass. An adorable little creature is exposed, surrounded by the shimmering pieces of shell.
