This shop may be experiencing delays for the next few days! I've gone and put my back out recently and haven't been moving around too much, and the severe pain in my back makes it uncomfortable to sit in my computer chair for long periods of time. As such, all orders may be delayed for a few days to a week while I recover. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello everyone! Welcome to my little shop of wonders! Or horrors, depending on what you're into ;D
You know that one OC you have that it seems like no one wants to draw because it's a bit too crazy? Bring them on over, we don't discriminate here!

Here I run a wildly flexible art shop where you can commission me for almost anything! And I do mean anything. I've drawn and painted a very wide range of many different types of creatures or species, ranging from currently living animals, prehistoric, fictional or even humans! I may not have drawn everything that's ever existed, but after close to two decades of learning I have developed a very strong skill when it comes to breaking down and understanding the shapes of living things (or undead things, if you prefer) and can draw pretty much anything on a first or second attempt. So feel free to go wild!

Now that doesn't mean your beloved creatu aren't welcome here as well! If you don't have any OCs you want art of or if you would just prefer to get some neat art for pet pages I'm totally open to drawing your creatu for you as well! I did say anything~

With that said, we do have a few ground rules. I know they take the fun out of things, so let's try to lay them down as quickly as we can.

~.~.~

RULES:

-I reserve the right to add, remove or adjust any of these rules depending on circumstances. If things become an issue, new rules may be created to prevent them from growing.

-After purchasing, all art is yours to do whatever with! Providing proper credit is given and there are no alterations or cropping done to any watermarks I may add. This means posting the art outside of Res on sites like Toyhouse is totally acceptable, as long as it's done responsibly and with respect to me as an artist.

-I currently do not work from written bios alone. If you would like to commission me for art of your character but don't have a clear reference image, using a written bio is acceptable only if you support it with some kind of images. Images you found on google are fine, but please do so responsibly and ensure all images are used fairly.

-In addition to the above rule, please only ask me to draw characters that belong to you. Obviously I have no way of checking this, but do not send me an image of someone else's character and claim they are your own. This includes using images of existing copyrighted characters from any kind of media. You may use such images as references for fan characters who have or wear items from a show/game etc, but please do not ask me to draw a copyrighted character in full or partial likeness as your own character.

-If you commission me for a sketch or flat colours, please do not take my art to another artist and ask them to colour it for free or less than I charge. This is very rude and uncalled for. If you want to order something with colour or shading but really can't afford it, rmail me about it and as long as the final price is still reasonable we can try to work something else out. (Although this has never happened to me here on Res it has happened on other sites, so I threw it in just as a precaution)

-Again, in addition to the above rule: If you commission me for a sketch or flat colours, you are always welcome to come back to me with the image at a later time and ask me to apply colour or shading! I keep all the working files for all of my commissions so I can still make edits even after they're considered finished. Of course, if you choose to do it this way the price will be discounted by whatever you paid for the original, whether it was a sketch or flat colours.

-This one's important! Please do not ask me to draw or recolour an adoptable for you unless you already own the adoptable! I know there are a lot of adoptables that require you to draw them in order to adopt them, and in most cases you're supposed to draw them yourself. If you ask me to draw a character for you that I recognize to be a part of a closed species I will likely ask you for proof that you are the current owner of it before I will accept it as a commission.

-No begging/sulking/guilt tripping for free art please.

-I reserve the right to decline commissions I feel are too difficult, or that I don't have the time to work on (as rare as that may be). This includes commissions I may have already agreed to try, as long as no payment has been received yet. Please don't complain or harass me if I choose not to accept your commission or if I choose to drop it after I already have, I'm only human and can only work so fast!

-In addition to the above rule, although this only applies to human characters: I've had many instances in the past where commissioners weren't happy with the way I drew their human characters, usually because my style just doesn't suit the way they view their OC in particular. Because humans are something I've only learned to draw quite recently and tend to be very stylized, commissions of human characters I find to be too troublesome may not be filled. If I do decide to take on your character and you are dissatisfied with it, I will not charge you for the sketch but will not proceed to work on it any further.

-For the time being, all commissions will be limited to one character each. This may change in the future if I find my flow of work is smooth enough to allow it, though they will take more time and will have an extra charge!

~.~.~

An important note about payment:

When it comes to payment, I prefer not to take it upfront. I've developed a system where I'll work on the sketch for your commission before I take the payment and then send it to you via rmail to review. If you're happy with the sketch then I'll ask for payment before I begin colouring and will deliver the finished product as soon as it's finished and payment has been confirmed! This is the way I've been handling payments for many years and has been working out great since I started using it. It's the safest way of doing things both for me as an artist and you as a buyer!

In the case of sketch commissions where there will be no second stage beyond the lines, I'll be trusting that you'll follow through and send along the payment after you receive the sketch. If this becomes a problem I may start requesting sketch payments upfront instead.

Now that that boring stuff is taken care of, let's get down to the art itself!

~.~.~

All prices are following the conversion of 1CP = 600k tu. CP prices will usually be rounded up if the tu doesn't quite equate to a solid CP. Example: 1mil can't be divided by 600k, so 1mil will be valued at 3CP instead of 2CP + 200k. Though I do take mixed payments so if you want to pay that way instead, I'll still accept it.

All CP prices were determined by dividing the amount in tu by 600,000, so if any of the CP prices seem off then please politely let me know and I'll look into fixing them!

I may also accept items or creatu as payment if I'm interested in them, but if the items or creatu aren't useful to me then I probably wont be accepting them all willy nilly. Feel free to ask about it!

Sketches ~ 15mil tu or 25CP

Flats ~ 45mil tu or 75CP
(available with or without a simple flat or lightly textured coloured background for no extra charge)

Shading, no background ~ 75mil-100mil tu or 125-167CP

Shading with Background ~ 200+mil tu or 334+CP depending on complexity.
Priced up because these take me a reallyyyy long time to do and I might only do a few of these.

A bit of a dreary topic, but it needs to be said.

About reporting thieves and fraudulent transactions:

Obviously art theft of any kind will not be tolerated. As an artist this is something I've had to deal with a lot and I know it's super stressful for any artist. Because of this I will not hesitate to report any stolen art I may find, whether it be my own or any that I recognize to be unauthorized use of another artist's work. This usually only applies to someone who is claiming the art is their own, since I can't really report you for using another artist's work as a reference unless you claim to be the original owner of the art in question.

In addition to this, I will also be looking out for fraudulent transactions, in which someone who agreed to pay me my asking price for a commission runs off with the art without ever sending me payment. If I send you the sketch for your art via Rmail and I see that you have viewed the message, depending on your online activity you will be given a maximum of three weeks to either ask for adjustments to the sketch or send the payment as it was agreed upon. If I don't hear anything from you within three weeks of you viewing the Rmail I will send you one more Rmail to check up on things, I understand sometimes people forget! If this final Rmail doesn't resolve the issue, or if you again choose to ignore the message I will report you to a moderator and it will be up to them to decide what happens from there. I've read the forum rules and know this means I still wont be getting any reimbursement, but repeat offences may result in possible account sanctions or other action so please be responsible!

~.~.~

I'd like a sketch please! Before I go any further into the ridiculous details, tthough, I have to ask: how confident are you in your ability to draw cloaks? Like the clothing item. Otherwise I'll go with a different character haha

Hello there! Sorry for the wait, I had a wedding to attend today and I wasn't around much, haha. I believe I should be able to handle drawing cloaks! I'm not sure that I have any art examples on hand I could show where the characters are wearing any but I have done a few pieces in the past with flowy cloaks and such. I could always try giving it a shot and if you aren't pleased with it we can definitely try something else!~

Oh my god you set is beautiful :ooo

Can I claim a slot now and I'll rmail you with details later? I'm on mobile rn so I don't have any of my reference links handy. I'd like either a shaded piece w/ background or without. Haven't decided yet

Awesome! I'll take a slot for a sketch, please. I'll see if I can find any references on my laptop and update with character details from there.

@Mangadreamer~ Sure thing! If you don't mind me asking, how would you prefer to pay for your sketch? :D

@Feather~ Thank you so much!
All of my slots are actually full at the moment, but if you would like to rmail me with the details anyway I can add you to a waiting list? That will give you some time to decide exactly what you'd like, but you'll still have first dibs on the next open slot as soon as it frees up.~
