Kina; while we have appreciated your donations the past few times flygers have been available, a notice was posted along with the new arrivals asking anyone who already has one or more flygers to give others a chance to claim them. Apologies for any inconvenience! You are welcome to donate next time, though!

I would like to offer a donation, if Vino would like to join me in my den.

Antiarctic; (apologies for the delay!) A black and white flyger eagerly approaches you as your donation is handed over to the researchers.
Vino's black and white colouring may make him seem elegant and poised, but he is actually a fierce warrior. His dedication to protecting his colony inspires his fellow flygers, and he is often the first to charge into battle. While flygers don't fight frequently, they do patrol their territory and band together to drive out potential threats, and watching humans rise to their defense against those who the flygers had difficulty fighting off on their own has made Vino interested in humans as a whole.

A young girl watches the Flygers from the shade of a tree. She checks her pocket money, but has nowhere near enough. She gives a last, sad look at the Flygers, and leaves.

Having caught sight of the girl, a stranger sees her disappointment and nods to her flyger companion. Frost approaches the researchers with an envelope filled with 30 million tu, and timidly says, "My human companion and I would like to pledge the money, so that Honey may find a comfortable home with a human, as I have." Before darting back to the strangers side, eager to get home and curl up in bed with their favourite podcast.
( ;) Pledging for RivenRoo if she wants to take home Honey. )

(guys oh my god that was adorable thank you)
SchemesandDreams; Pastel's ears prick up as you call their name. They approach you slowly and look up at you with wide, curious eyes as your donation is accepted.
Pastel is a curious individual, always interested in learning new things. They are most interested in observing other creatures, although their pale colouring standing out among the dense greenery makes it difficult to remain unseen. Pastel would love to join someone who shares their affinity for knowledge, and wouldn't mind answering many questions regarding humans.
BoredDragon, RivenRoo; the brown-and-gold flyger seems shocked at witnessing such a gesture. She smiles and walks over to her new human companion once the donation is accepted.
Honey is as sweet as her name, always willing to lend a hand to members of her colony who need it. The researchers exhibiting the same behaviour, in spite of previous harm that humans have done to her colony, have garnered her interest. She decided after some consideration to volunteer for this program in order to learn more about the kindness of humans.
(this was her deion before the exchange wow that worked out really cool)

Important Announcement:
"Hello everyone! I am here to announce that from now on, we would like for donors who have received a flyger from one group to wait until two groups from when they have obtained one. For example, if one of the flygers from the group that arrived a few days ago has joined you, we ask that you refrain from claiming any from the next group. Once the next group of flygers has gone to their new homes, you may donate for one from the group that arrives after that one-- so, if you wanted, you could donate a maximum of once for every other group. This is to ensure that many people are learning about flygers and interested in the conservation efforts. We need as much help as we can to fully restore our home, and you have been very generous thus far. On behalf of my colony, I would like to thank everyone who has donated. Your contributions are crucial in the preservation of our species."

Copper, Stormcloud, and Apollo have offered their companionship to donors! The donation required for a flyger is 30 mil, and anyone who has gotten one of the arrivals from the last post cannot claim one this time around.

Koopa; the golden-striped flyger fluffs his puffy mane at the compliment and trots over to you as your donation is received.
The resourcefulness of the flygers in the way of healing has astounded the researchers, as many of their practices resemble human first-aid procedures. They know how to splint broken bones, clean and bind wounds, and have even made use of some plants as medicine. Apollo served his colony as one of their healers, before deciding to join the donation program. He is kind, empathetic, and intelligent, and can actually be credited with the implementation of some of the flygers' more advanced healing practices.
BoredDragon; the gray and white flyger's ears twitch with interest at the mention of Frost. They walk over to you as your donation is accepted.
When prey is scarce in the forest, the flygers take to the skies in search of birds. Stormcloud was one of the colony's best sky-hunters, until a vulture attacked them mid-flight to steal their catch. Since that experience, they have been aprehensive about flying at all, and decided that they might better serve their colony by participating in the donation program.

Aww. Don't worry Storm. No flying required, and it's a pretty quiet, calm house with Frost.

Heaven; the ginger-coloured flyger smiles and nods, padding towards you as the donation from SchemesandDreams is added to the rest.
Copper was part of the patrol that first discovered the presence of the researchers. They were ready to fight and drive them away, since humans were known to only come to their territory to destroy it or harm them, but Copper urged the rest of the party to wait and observe them instead, because they seemed different from the others. She turned out to be correct, and one of the reasons why contact between the colony and the researchers was established at all.
