I was scared to ink his smile or the holly on his cheeks...but I hope you can see it okay. :x So, here's the scoop: I need the lines from the paper photoshopped out (if you have Photoshop and can do that), the ink lines that I screwed up on slightly corrected (if you can), and the pic colored. Here's a color guide:

Neji's skin is very  pale Peach. He also needs traces of pink in his cheeks (Below the painted holly sprigs) and a bit of pink in his nose. He's sort of a Jack Frost figure.
His hair is a deep, chocolate-brown color. It's nowhere close to black, but is a very dark brown. Also very silky and has a bright sheen to it - he's rather vain, and likes to take meticulous care of his hair.
His eyes are a soft  white, with lavender accents where shadows fall. Note that he doesn't have any pupils has a small ring that is broken on either side where his pupils should be. If you have any trouble with Neji's physical looks (skin, hair, eyes), check my profile. That dude there is Neji.
The sprigs of holly painted onto his cheeks should be green leaves and red berries.
His clothes are bright red with a  white  fluffy trim.
The letters should go like this: The Christmas Shinobi  (unless that looks too gross, too much contrast with all the red. If it does, just do gold lettering on a red background.) I outlined the background for you. xD
The ornament should be gold, red, and green. Combine however they look good.
Those knives dangling from the writing should be really shiny, and dark grey. The lines around the handles are bandages - these should be whitish-cream. Too lazy to colorcode.
His bandages should be white with pale cream shadows. Too lazy to colorcode.

If you could Photoshop (or whatever you use) in a puff of vapor, like he's breathing in cold weather, I would be very pleased. 8D Also, his smile needs to be made...blacker. I was too scared to outline, but I figured you could outline it via the computer for me. :3
